Located in Egan MN, Ellie and her family have been beekeeping since 2019.
Ellie’s Education includes beekeeping courses at U of M Bee Lab and is a member of the MN Hobby Beekeeper Association.
Ellie, my sister has worked with several breeds of honey bees. She is passionate about all things honey its health benefits, and the importance of ALL pollinators.
Honey can be picked up at one of our following drop sites on Wednesday, October 2nd and Wednesday, October 30th:
+ Edina: residential pick-up location near Wooddale Ave and 50th Street from 2pm-7pm
+ Henderson at The Farm: Pick-up time is from 12pm-7pm
+ Carver at Getaway Motor Cafe Patio: Pick time is from 1pm-7pm
+ St. Peter: Pick up location is TBD, but will be centrally located in the heart of St. Peter from 12pm-7pm
+ South Minneapolis: residential pick-up location near Penn and Highway 62 from 3pm-8pm
+ Minneapolis: Seward Community Coop - Friendship Store on 38th St off of 35W from 3pm-9pm
