Radish Greens & Chévre
Ingredients:
1 bunch radish greens
1 bunch green onions
1 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp chévre
Method:
Heat a skillet over medium heat, and melt butter. Add green onions and sauté about 2 minutes.
Add radish greens and toss until just wilted, about 4-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and crumble chévre on top. Enjoy!
